Easy break fast/ Dinner

Hi,

I dont know if someone is reading this. I just wanted to share one recipe that I tried today. After such a long shift in my office, I was just too tired to stand on the gas and prepare some subzi for me. Usually to prepare a subzi, we Indians first prepare a gravy (masala) and then we cook the vegetables. Sometimes, a working lady like me does not get so much time/patience to prepare the masala. So I just found out a easier way..

Ingredients:

1. half Cabbage (finely chopped)

2. Carrot  (1 full) (sliced)

3. Half Capsicum

4. 2-3 numbers of green chillis (finely chopped)

5. Onion (1 medium)

4. Garlic 3-4 cloves finely chopped.

6. Paper Powder ( according to your taste)

7. Salt (according to your taste)

8. White Oil (2 table spoon)

9. Soya, chilli, Tomato sauce, Vinegar ( 1 tb spoon)

Procedure:

1. Add the oil into a kadhai.

2. Pour all the vegetables into it including the garlic except onion. Add salt (Salt helps the vegetables to get softer :)

3. keep it in low flame with the cover on.

4. Let the vegetable boil. Dont wait too long for the vegetables get over boiled. just let the veggies get softer.

5. As soon as the vegetables get softer add the onions, paper powder, vinegars and the sauces.

The tasty subzi is prepared. you can have them with bread as sandwich. You can also have them with rotis. You just have to roll the roti and keep this subzi inside it.

Children would love these rolled rotis as dinner and you can have them with bread as well in the breakfast .

Uhh.. Yummy ... :D

Fashion with Toe ring

We Indians mostly hindus are vey much familiar with toerings. It is symbol of the maritial status of a woman in the society. Toe ring has got many names in different langauges. Such as in hindi we call it 'Bichiya', 'Jodavi' in marathi, 'Metti' in tamil etc.

Though toe ring is a traditional ornament in hinduism, it has also been accepted in many western countries as a fashion accesory. Marjorie Borell had introduced toe ring first in USA after returning from India. There are many differnt varieties of modified toe rings. The traditional toerings are worn in pair where as the trendy and fashoinable toerings are worn singly or with unmatched pair. They are usually worn with barefoot, flipflops, sandals, etc. Now a days, the toe rings are returned to India as a fashion element and getting popular among the unmarried girls. You should be able to find the new fashoinable toe rings with goldsmith or you can also find them online in differnt online stores. Though toe rings are made up of many diffrent metals, the silver ones are the most popular.
